"Wise Up"

I came across this statement the other day
and it resonated deeply…
“I am soaked through with the glorious gold of God’s Love.” (Kabir)
Let us pause for a moment and
feel this energy of God Love coursing through our body,
Image ‘soaked through’
Image ‘glorious gold’
Image God Love.
Thoroughly and completely,
we choose to be in the presence of God Love.
We give thanks and praise for the Glory of God.
And so it is!
Amen!

Sunday message – “Wise up”
Wise up in a slang statement inviting us to become more aware or informed. In this context, Wise Up is to become more aware of the Divine Presence within us as innate, profound wisdom and presence. We are to become more of how we are showing up in the world. King Solomon was asked by in a dream, ‘What do you want?” and Solomon answered, “Give your servant an understanding mind to govern your people.” So much is going on in the outer world at large. We are being called up to be more: more loving, more understanding, more patience, more present. We are called to listen within and have an understanding mind centered in wisdom and flowing forth from love. How we show up matters. Integrity, humility, and wonder make a difference. Join us on Sunday as we Wise up to our role in the universe.

Let us affirm together: I pause in my busyness and turn within and retrieve the messages of Spirit within me. I am one with my Divine and the wisdom and understanding pours out from me. I know what to do and say from the point of God in me.

“For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.” (Proverbs 2:6)
