Stepping into the Power of God

God Day To YOU,

I invite you to go to the place of gratitude within you.
We have so much to be grateful for.
The gift of today is a great place to start.
I Am grateful for today!!!
Feel in this moment, all the gratitude that I have within me for each one of you.
You are a blessing in my life and the life of Unity Church of Tidewater.
We arrived here by divine appointment to experience exactly what we are experiencing.
And We call it ‘good.’ The connections we made, the expansion we feel.
We know we do not walk this earth alone.
God and I and You and Me Are ONE!
We give thanks for this knowing and celebrate today,
And so it is! And so I let it be. Amen!

Our Sunday message – “Stepping into the Power of God.”

Once we acknowledge our belief in the One Power and One Presence as we did last Sunday in the message “I Still Believe,” we then have the opportunity to consciously step into the Power of God. I once heard that God does not, will not, interfere in our lives. The Spirit of God will go about what God does as a Presence that is everywhere Present and yet will let us go about our lives separate as long as we wish to stay separate. Once our belief is acknowledged, it takes us to move our thoughts and ideas, dreams, and wishes into God Power. It requires us to take ownership of our thoughts, our words and our actions and put them in God. The best way to do that is, to align daily, moment by moment to the Presence of God and see, actually look for, the power of God operating in areas of our lives. Notice it and give praise for it. The more we notice the good, the more good shows up for us to notice. It requires an expectancy on our part. So many of us have found ourselves walking through experiences that have been less than fun and through it all, I have found that it is much better to step into the Power of God on those walks, than to go it alone.

Join us this Sunday as we begin “Stepping into the Power of God!”

“for God did not give us a spirit of cowardice, but rather a spirit of power and of love and of self-discipline.”  (2 Timothy 1:7)

Let us affirm together: I no longer limit myself. I use the Power of God in all that I do.

Namaste,
Ann Frances
