Everyday Mindfulness

God Day Everyone,

Thank you to all who joined us for our Easter celebration either in the parking lot or via Facebook Live. I love you, I bless you and I appreciate you, and I behold the Christ You Are. You ALL Rock!!!

In the words of Imelda Shanklin:
“I feel an assuring Presence of a Vast Goodness, indescribable though totally desirable. And It is drawing me to itself with irresistible sweetness.
Let us breathe this in as we pray:
Dear Sweet Spirit, thank you for drawing us into your presence, your energy, your movement. We feel your assuring Presence. You are the very breath we breathe. Together we walk this human path with YOU in Oneness. We release any thoughts or feeling of being separate from you. We turn within and listen to the Divine Guidance that you offer us daily. We heed your words, knowing that Pure Goodness is working in, through and as us. We give thanks for this day as it offers us a new opportunity to be the very best Christ we know to be. We rest here for a moment and feel and experience Your Divine Presence growing within our consciousness. {pause}
We hold in our hearts and our minds all those who are so fearlessly working to help bring about a new level of peace through health and wholeness. All the nurses, doctors, hospital workers, first responders, grocery store clerks, etc. who go about their day to provide us with the support we need, we thank you! You bless us with your selflessness.
WE give thanks and praise for this moment as acknowledge God in this moment as God is felt to ITS fullness in the moments.
And so it is! Amen!

This Sunday we are talking about “Everyday Mindfulness.”
We have been given the perfect setting to practice ‘Everyday Mindfulness’ or what some call ‘conscious living.’
On a daily basis or even hour by hour or minute by minute, we can look at the thoughts, feeling and beliefs that are surfacing from within our conscious or subconscious minds and then we can notice whether we are living consciously or unconsciously.
Once we notice what we are experiencing on the inside than we can make a conscious choice as to how and what we want to out-picture.
Let us live awake and see the Glory of God at work in the little things and the big things throughout each and every moment. Life is better when we live it and not set our automatic pilot.
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7)

Affirm with me: Today I give thanks and praise, as I choose to live in the moment.
I see the glory of God at work in all areas of my life.

Join us each Sunday at 11 am on Facebook Live. We love that you wish to stay connected with us, as we truly miss seeing you. We give thanks to all of you who are joining us virtually and prayerfully.
I send this with peace and love,

Namaste,
Ann
